This group of cool dudes from Mexico City opened up for Ra Ra Riot when I saw them last October. I was really impressed by their energy and enthusiasm and definitely by their music. Despite their lo-fi production, these guys definitely got the venue up and hipster shuffling with their rousing pop anthems and fun banter. Plus, you know, the lead singer was totally wearing a jacket that I also own. Their album comes out today via Arts & Crafts, you know, Broken Social Scene’s label.
